Healing of Souls (formerly Sjelehealing) belongs to Eames Learning. The website / course content is protected by copyright and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any products, goods or materials available through the Website in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights, or in a manner not authorized by Eames Learning. Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files for sharing on other websites or to other people is considered stealing and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any way or give away course access (including by email or other electronic means). This will be reported. Get in touch if you have questions about this or need written permission to use the site’s content.
ONLINE COURSES AND MEMBERSHIP SITES:
Changes to course conditions: In the event of a deliberate closure of the website while you have access to a time-limited course, you will be notified in writing by e-mail 12 weeks in advance. In the event of a crisis (war, death, natural disaster, fire, etc.) which causes the website/course content to disappear, the company disclaims all responsibility.
Changes in course content: The company is constantly changing, learning new things and this can affect the course content. If the course content changes, in that case there will only be improvements, changes to the course layout or bonus and the company takes the liberty to move the course to another platform if necessary. You will not be informed of changes in course content, but will of course be informed if the course has to be moved due to various reasons beyond the company’s control.
In the event of a lack of course access due to an error with the company: If you do not have access to the course due to errors with the website, errors with extensions, other technical errors or viruses/malware on the website, you will have your course access extended once the problem has been resolved.
In the event of lack of access to the course due to illness / fault on your part: The company will be happy to help you if you have problems accessing the course portal, but it is your responsibility (not the company’s) to ensure that your PC/mobile/tablet is free of malware/ viruses, that all programs are up-to-date and that you are using an up-to-date and recommended browser. You are not entitled to extra access or other benefits when there is a technical fault, lack of maintenance, virus/malware etc., or when you lack technical knowledge. You are also not entitled to extra help/benefits if unexpected events happen in your life, but you are absolutely allowed to contact the company to discuss this 😉
Online tutorials/online course content: It says how long you have access to online courses/online tutorials when you buy the product. It says on the product whether you have personal help included. You are free to download documents from the courses for personal use, but you undertake to safeguard the Eames company’s rights to the product.
Course extension: Have you previously purchased a course and access has expired? It is completely understandable that life can sometimes get in the way. Or maybe you feel like repeating the material? Then you can buy extended access to courses. The same conditions for renewing a course apply, but the courses that include personal help will not have personal help when the course is extended.
Manifestation workshop: When you sign up for this workshop, you agree that other course participants can see what you write/share at the workshop and in the member group. You choose how much you want to share and how active you want to be – all at your own risk. We record the broadcast and invite to the Facebook group before the start of the course. It is your job to ensure that you follow the instructions you receive if you want to take part in the workshop. If you are late for the workshop or do not accept the Facebook group invitation, it is not our duty to correct this for you. You have access to the group/recording of the workshop for one month after the workshop date.
Removed from member pages/courses/workshops:
When you sign up for workshops, online courses or membership sites, you agree that Eames Learning can remove you from these if you do not pay/threaten/offend the company or other participants/misbehave without getting your money refunded. If you have paid for the holding month if you have a subscription, your membership will be stopped immediately and will not be renewed.
In the event of non-payment:
If you have a private payment agreement with us that you do not comply with or a subscription, you will be removed from member pages/lose course access if payment is not made. If you have paid for the holding month, your membership will be stopped immediately and will not be renewed.
NOT SATISFIED WARRANTY:
Not satisfied warranty only covers physical products that are defective. If sent products are damaged or do not work, please contact us by email at hello@healingofsouls.com. The guarantee does not apply to divination services, healing, online e-books/courses/portals or downloaded products.
CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT:
Eames Learning reserves the right to cancel or postpone planned courses and workshops for reasons beyond the company’s control. In case of cancellation from the company’s initiative, the course fee will be refunded. In the event of a postponement at the company’s initiative, the course participant may be offered to participate at a later date or be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE:
If Eames Learning or its affiliated companies (RoyalMail, DHL, Bring, WordPress, social media, add-ons, other delivery companies, domain hosting companies, suppliers) are prevented from delivering or making any mandatory redelivery as a result of a labour dispute or other circumstance where the parties have no control, for example accidents, pandemic, war, serious illness, strike, terror, natural disasters, mobilization or unforeseen military calls-up of a similar scale, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, lack of means of transport, general scarcity of raw materials, limitation in the power supply and deficiencies in/delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers due to such mentioned circumstances, Eames Learning is exempt from all other liability.
If we are unable to deliver course content due to a technical error on the website or portal, or due to an update on WordPress that has gone wrong which causes the member pages to change, please let us know and we will find a solution so that you will receive your course product on one or another way. If you have access to courses for a limited period, the period will be extended to cover the time you lost access.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We follow international tort law. You have the right to cancel the purchase of physical goods 14 days after purchase and have 30 days to return physical defective goods in order to receive a full refund. According to section 15 of the Consumer Act, you as the buyer pay return shipping when the unused product is returned in its original packaging. Digital products and digital courses do not fall under the right of withdrawal.
