Personal information in readings (e.g information needed to do a card reading, date of birth or name for numerology reading) will not be shared with anyone other than the supervisor (Healing of Souls) and recipient (you). Confidentiality is held sacred, unless information emerges that could harm someone (e.g you say you want to bomb the castle on Friday or plan to take your own life) or unless the long arm of the law requests the information.
PAYMENT:
All payments are made safely and encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with Stripe or Paypal. We guarantee that your information is safe and we only use known means of payment. We have no access to your means of payment or card information when you place an order. You will not receive any course/product/service until you present proof of a successful bank transfer/before the bank transfer is registered.
COOKIES/TRACKING:
We only check where there is the most activity on this page in order to adapt the content in the best possible way. We do not receive any information about who you are and what you do, but traces may be left on our side on your user. This will disappear automatically in 30 days.
RESERVATION:
We may contact you by email or telephone if there are delays or other types of challenges with your order, to obtain more information regarding your order or to send invitations to events/groups relevant to your purchase (example: Invite you who have purchased tarot courses to a closed Facebook group to learn more tarot for free with other course participants). Apart from this, we will not contact you privately in any way that will be perceived as offensive to you and we will not ask for either money or encourage another purchase.
